Project Partner was founded on the belief that great homes are created through thoughtful collaboration, considered design decisions and a clear understanding of how people live.

With over 20 years’ experience across the UK, USA and Australia, Project Partner brings together interior design, project management and construction expertise to help homeowners, developers and builders create spaces that are both beautiful and practical.

Before establishing Project Partner in the UK, founder Katie Challis spent nearly a decade working in New York, delivering residential projects and managing complex design and construction programmes. Her experience spans high-end private homes, large-scale renovations and multi-million-pound projects, giving her a unique understanding of the relationship between creative vision, technical detail and successful delivery.

Returning to the UK in 2024, Katie created Project Partner to bridge the gap between design ideas and construction reality. Many projects struggle when decisions are made in isolation — layouts, materials, budgets and buildability all need to work together from the beginning.

Project Partner provides the strategic guidance needed to bring these elements together.

Whether supporting a homeowner through a renovation, helping a developer refine a residential scheme, or collaborating with architects and contractors during delivery, the focus remains the same: creating considered spaces that work beautifully for the people who use them.
