Katie Challis is the face behind Project Partner.

She started her career in fast-paced TV production, where she managed high-pressure projects with lots of moving parts—skills that translate seamlessly into the world of construction.

In 2017, her passion for design and storytelling led to founding House of Wonderlust, a boutique interior design studio in New York, specialising in residential renovations.

After returning to the UK in 2024, she saw an opportunity to expand her offering to work more closely with contractors and developers to bridge the gap between client expectations and the on-site realities of construction. Setting up Project Partner—to fill the void with hands-on design and project management support that keeps things moving, reduces friction, and helps her partners deliver with confidence.

But her work goes beyond just creating beautiful spaces. she’s passionate about homes that feel good—environments that support wellbeing, reflect community needs, and consider their impact on the planet. As a member of the Supply Chain Sustainability School, she stays up to date on best practices and help builders integrate social value and sustainability into every stage of the project as well as their business.
